You asked, we answered. We are planning the second annual Oakwell Farms Antiques Roadshow for you to learn about your art, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, and coins. This free service is offered to RESIDENTS ONLY due to limited time and space.

Sign up will be in specific categories so that the appropriate appraisers will be available. You are limited to two items per person. The items may be in the same category or each item may be in a different category.

1. Art and Sculpture – limited to 24 requests
2. Jewelry and Watches – limited to 20 requests
3. Silver, Dinnerware, Crystal – limited to 24 requests
4. Coins – limited to 24 requests (No paper money at this time)
5. Collectibles and Decorative Accessories – limited to 24 requests (Figurines, glass, books, Asian, vases, brass, quilts, and similar items)

Print, fill in, scan, and return this form to June Hayes. Email June@junehayes.com or drop off or mail to 77 Campden Circle. Each person must submit this form to participate.
