Oakwell Farms HOA will be holding an Annual Meeting on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Oakwell Farms Clubhouse
During this meeting, we will provide community updates and conduct elections for Board of Directors.
Your participation is important to help ensure quorum is met and your community voice is heard. If you are unable to attend in person, please make sure to submit your absentee ballot before the meeting.
Please find the Meeting Notice, Proxy, and Absentee Ballot attached for your review and completion.
Goodwin Management offers electronic voting as an additional and convenient way to participate in the election process. Each Lot Owner is entitled to one (1) vote per lot.
You may cast your vote in one of the following ways:
By Proxy – Complete your proxy form and return it to Kayley.Witt@goodwintx.com or hand-deliver it to the guardhouse (in a sealed envelope) no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 13th.
