Oakwell Farms is a gated community with controlled access. A security company is contracted to provide a 24/7 Security Officer at our main North Gate. DwellingLIVE is the system that is used by the gate security to determine visitor and security access. ALL commercial vehicles, delivery trucks, trailers, and guest passes are required to ONLY enter through the visitor lane at the main North gate (#1)
Entry and exit through the South Gate (#2) is permitted ONLY for those with an active remote/RFID. All traffic at both gates is monitored and recorded for safety purposes. NOTE: If you have a valid RFID Tag, the South Gate is available 24 x 7.
For anyone using Apple maps, the address to the main North gate (#1) is 1807 Oakwell Farms Parkway. This address will take guests to the North Gate guard, who will admit them and give them further directions if needed.
5/23/2025 SOUTH GATE UPDATE:
Yesterday afternoon when exiting through the South Gate, a Fire Department vehicle damaged the South exit gate. The damage was significant and repairs are likely to require the gate to be inoperable for an extended period. Since the gate must remain open, we will be posting a guard 24/7 at that location to prevent unauthorized pedestrian or vehicle entry through the open gate. We appreciate your patience and we regret any inconvenience. We will update you on the status of repairs once more information becomes available.

To minimize inconvenience to residents, there will be two options for acquiring a tag:
1. In-Person Pickup and Payment
You may continue to pick up and pay for your tags at Diamond’s office during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM): 14603 Huebner Road, Building 40, San Antonio, TX 78230; Office phone: 210-561-0606.
Payment methods accepted in person include exact cash, check, or credit card.
2. Mail Delivery with Online Payment
To receive your tags by mail, email accesscontrol@damctx.com to request a secure payment link. Once payment is received, tags will be mailed to your address on file.
Important Requirements for BOTH Options:
A completed tag application MUST BE SUBMITTED.
Payment must be made in full at the prevailing rate of $20.50 per tag (payable to DAMC).
A copy of your insurance policy is required, showing the vehicle is domiciled in Oakwell Farms.
If the vehicle is registered to a business, but domiciled in Oakwell Farms you must also complete the Unsworn Declaration form.
After you receive and install your tags, please allow up to one (1) business day for activation by our gates team.
