Main North Gate - 1807 Oakwell Farms Pkwy.
Oakwell Farms is a gated community with controlled access. We use registered and secure RIFD tags for all resident vehicles for gate access. DwellingLIVE is the system that is used by the gate security to determine visitor and security access. In addition, a security company is contracted to provide a 24/7 Security Officer at our main North Gate. See the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) / Answers and OWF Map below.

For anyone using electronic mapping, the address to the main North gate (#1) is 1807 Oakwell Farms Parkway. This address will take guests to the North Gate guard, who will admit them and give them further directions if needed.
ALL commercial vehicles, delivery trucks, trailers, and guest passes are required to ONLY enter through the visitor lane at the main North gate (#1)
Entry and exit through the South Gate (#2) is permitted ONLY for those with an active remote/RFID. All traffic at both gates is monitored and recorded for safety purposes. NOTE: If you have a valid RFID Tag, the South Gate is available 24 x 7.

To minimize inconvenience to residents, there will be two options for acquiring a tag:
Residents needing an RFID tag for gate access will need to follow the steps below:
Submit information to Barbara Lowry at barbara@lowry-sa.com or call 210-260-9887
Complete the attached RFID Application and return it with your request.
Include a copy of your vehicle insurance policy showing that the vehicle is domiciled in Oakwell Farms.
Each RFID tag costs $27.06, which will be charged to your HOA account.

Important Requirements:
A completed tag application MUST BE SUBMITTED.
Payment must be made in full.
A copy of your insurance policy is required, showing the vehicle is domiciled in Oakwell Farms.
If the vehicle is registered to a business, but domiciled in Oakwell Farms you must also complete the Unsworn Declaration form.
After you receive and install your tags, please allow up to one (1) business day for activation by our gates team.
